Overview
Used to extend the shelf life of food products by cutting off contact with oxygen and vacuum packing them into special barrier vacuum bags to prevent microbiological spoilage. It has a movable stainless steel lid so that products can be loaded into one chamber while the other is under vacuum; with a 380 Volt power supply it is suitable for industrial use.
