Scope

This policy covers the information collected while using the website operated by TAM-TAŞ MAKİNA SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. Details on the processing of personal data are set out in the KVKK notice.

Information we collect

Quote and contact form: your name, company name, email, phone and message, and optionally your product, packaging, weight, capacity and machine preferences.

Careers form: your name, email, phone, the team you are interested in, your message and the CV file you upload.

Usage data: pages visited, referring address, device and browser type and country are measured without cookies as aggregate statistics that do not identify you. If you consent in the cookie banner, additional usage data, including clicks and navigation, is collected through cookies by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity; details are in the Cookie Policy.

Technical logs: standard server logs such as IP address and access time may be kept briefly for security and service continuity.

How we use information

Information sent through the form is used only to evaluate your request, prepare a quote and contact you; it is not added to marketing lists or sold to third parties. Usage data is used to improve the website's content and performance.

Information and CVs sent through the careers form are forwarded only to our human resources team to evaluate your application and contact you.

Service providers

Trusted service providers are used for hosting the site, usage statistics and delivering form notifications by email. These providers process data only to deliver the service and under contractual confidentiality obligations; their servers may be located abroad.

The location map on the contact page and the application videos on product pages are loaded from third-party platforms and are subject to that platform's own privacy policy.

When you click an “Ask AI” link on a blog post, the post's title and address are passed to the AI service you choose. These links contain no personal data; the service that opens is subject to its own privacy policy.

Security and retention

All communication between the website and your browser is encrypted (HTTPS), and form data is delivered only to authorised team members. Quote requests are kept for as long as the business relationship and legal retention obligations require.

Job applications and CVs are kept for up to 2 years after the evaluation process and then deleted.
