OKM500 Case Packing Machine

The OKM500 fully automatic case packing machine is a compact case packer that can work even in tight spaces. It automatically picks up the cases stacked flat in its own magazine, erects them and tapes the bottom with case tape. It automatically takes the packs coming from one or several packaging machines, arranges them and fills them into the cases it forms itself in the desired pattern, layers and quantity, then closes the top of the case and tapes it. It also carries out under- and over-weight control of the closed cases, identifying and separating faulty ones. Because the case feeding magazine and the case outfeed conveyor are on the same side, the operator at the case outfeed can also feed cases without leaving their position. The OKM500 can case pack any packaged product and drops the arranged packs into the case by free fall.
