Overview
Available with pneumatic or servo systems, the ODM400 vertical packaging machine can produce not only pillow and gusseted packs but also quad-seal packs with four creased edges and no back seal. Depending on the structure and weight of the product to be packed, it can reach speeds of up to 80 packs per minute. Into the pillow, gusseted and quad-seal packs it forms itself from reel packaging film, it fills products in the 20-2500 g range dosed to the desired weight by an electronic weigher, seals the pack and releases it onto its own outfeed conveyor. It is used for the fully automatic packing of granular or crystallised powder products in plants requiring high packaging speed. It is suitable for packing nuts, crisps, frozen products, mantı, pasta, biscuits, chocolate, confectionery and similar products.
