Can and Jar Filling Machines

Jar and can filling machines are used to fill granular and powder products such as food, chemicals, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals fully automatically into glass, metal, PET and cardboard jars and cans. They can work integrated with electronic weighers and volumetric filling units for free-flowing granular products and crystallised powder products, with auger powder filling units for non-free-flowing powder products, and with liquid filling units for liquid products. On fully automatic jar and can filling machines the container feeding can be manual, by means of an infeed rotary table or by fully automatic arrangers, depending on the container dimensions, material and shape. A jar interior cleaning system, capping system, tamper-evident band application system, labelling system, sleeve label or tamper band system, weight control system and metal detector can be added to the filling line as complementary equipment.
