OKD800 Case Packing Machine

The OKD800 fully automatic case packing machine is a case packer that can work with a wide variety of in-case patterns. As well as being able to work with different in-case arrangements, it can be manufactured to suit any type of packaging — flexible packs, bottles, cans and jars, whether single or grouped. It automatically picks up the cases stacked flat in its own magazine, erects them and tapes the bottom with case tape. It automatically takes the packs coming from one or several packaging machines, arranges them and fills them into the cases it forms itself in the desired pattern, layers and quantity, then closes the top of the case and tapes it. It also carries out under- and over-weight control of the closed cases, identifying and separating faulty ones. The OKD800 can case pack any packaged product and places the arranged packs into the case by the pick and place method.
