Overview
Doypack packaging machines with a servo auger powder filling unit are used for the fully automatic packing of non-free-flowing powder products. The pre-made pouch HT 85-200 doypack packaging machines pick up one by one the three-side-sealed ready pouches loaded onto the pouch infeed conveyor, open the mouth of the pouch, fill the products dosed in the auger powder filling unit into the ready bag, seal the pouch and release it onto the outfeed conveyor. They are used for the fully automatic packaging of products such as coffee, milk powder, spices, cream and cocoa in businesses requiring high packaging speed. They can work with bags with hanging holes, zippers and valves, and a modified atmosphere system is also available as an option.
